What Does a Health Coach Do?
A health coach is your partner in creating sustainable, realistic lifestyle change. Instead of handing you a strict meal plan or quick fix, a health coach helps you understand your body, your habits, and your goals — then supports you in building a plan that actually works for your real life.
As a health coach, I help you:

Individualized plans created around your specific needs (nutrition, lifestyle, sleep, stress, hormones, etc)
Additional resources as needed: handouts, recipe ideas, guides, etc
My coaching packages are flexible and tailored to your unique needs. While I typically recommend a 6-month program with two sessions per month to create sustainable change, I understand that everyone’s journey looks different.

Initial Consultation
The initial consultation is a free 45 minute meeting where we discuss your health history, your health goals, and program details.
Follow up coaching sessions
Follow up coaching sessions include goal setting, action steps, and behavior change. These meetings are 45 minutes long and are client-driven. We create an action plan based on what YOU want to focus on and what we can do to achieve your health and wellness goals.
