What to Expect

Initial Consultation

The initial consultation is a free 45 minute meeting where we discuss your health history, your health goals, and program details.

Follow up coaching sessions

Follow up coaching sessions include goal setting, action steps, and behavior change. These meetings are 1 hour long and are client-driven. We create an action plan based on what YOU want to focus on and what we can do to achieve your health and wellness goals.
